1. Who we are

Hearthora is a trading name of FASHNETIC LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16108319. Our registered office is Office 1901, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, WV6 0SR. You can contact us at concierge@hearthora.co.uk.

2. Our role

Hearthora sells products supplied by independent UK furniture and homeware suppliers. Your contract is with FASHNETIC LTD. Your order is dispatched directly to you by the supplier, but we remain responsible for your order, its delivery and any aftercare.

3. Products

We describe and photograph each product as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as wood, leather and stone vary, and colours may look different on screen. Full dimensions are available on request before you order.

4. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total price for each item. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. If we find an obvious pricing error after you order, we'll contact you and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Placing an order

You place an order by entering your details at checkout, selecting "Order with obligation to pay" and completing payment on Stripe's secure page. Our contract begins when your payment is successful and we email to confirm your order. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full when you order, in pounds sterling. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment appears on your statement as HEARTHORA.

7. Delivery

Delivery areas, charges and lead times are set out in our Delivery & lead times policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel, return costs and refunds are set out in our Returns & cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Faulty items

We must supply products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your rights if something is wrong are explained in the faulty items section of our Returns policy.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer. Our products are sold for domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses.

11. Complaints

Email concierge@hearthora.co.uk. We'll acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
